Your TMM point of sale program is excellent! Having used other software, we are thrilled about your product. It is very versatile and allows us options heretofore unavailable with other software. TMM is a user friendly but powerful software program with the best technical support in the business.
When we started The Classic Crafter in the summer of 1994, we purchased a single user copy of The MALL MANAGER™ (TMM) Software Package. Over the years, our store has expanded, we have added hundreds of vendors, we have moved to a larger facility, and we have upgraded to the TMM Multi-User PoS system.
The TMM Software along with the technical support package has been the most valuble tool purchased for our business. Whenever we have a software, upgrade, or technical question, RFCanon has been there for us and we appreciate the great customer support.

For my store which is a Crafter’s Mall there is no better program than TMM. The program is very user friendly which is important to me because I have over 120 crafters at the store and a handful of employees. It was important to find a program that would be able to handle all of our vendors, their extensive inventory lists, plus handle daily sales, any and all reports, and daily/monthly/yearly totals easily. It has a variety of options that are easily accessible, convenient, and accurate. End of day closing is a snap! The support and customer service is second to none. It’s very refreshing to not only have a program that helps run the store, but to have a support system that's there when you need it, giving you the right answers and solutions you need to keep your business running smoothly. The TMM Web Poster™ is a wonderful asset to our business.

TMM has made life so simple! Our business grew so fast - in fact we couldn't keep up with the paperwork! What was once an all night job to tally sales, is now less than 20 minutes of our time! This program is fabulous! User friendly - so easy to use.

I can enter all sales in only one screen and it separates them into the different vendor accounts. Also, the end-of-month print outs are great. My vendors love being able to call and get a (sales) report anytime!
I would recommend TMM to anyone. I just can't believe some malls still use paper and pen to track sales!
